How to play · Last Call

Every round starts with a card and ends with a story.

Last Call is built for bars — shuffle at your table, pick your categories, and let the dares escalate as the night goes on.

01

Claim your spot

Open a tab, gather your group at the bar or a high-top, and shuffle the 36-card deck. No setup, no rules sheet — just deal.

02

Set the night's tone

Choose three of five categories. Go Tame and Social for happy hour, or lean Cheeky and Shameless once the crowd loosens up.

03

Pass the deck

Take turns drawing a card and reading it aloud. The whole table should hear it — bar dares are better with witnesses.

04

Complete or pass

Do the dare, or pass with a house rule — buy a round, take a sip, or draw again. Keep it fun, not punishing.

05

Escalate with the night

Cards get bolder as you play. Save the Shameless category for after midnight when the bartender stops side-eyeing you.

06

Last call means last card

Finish the deck, call a winner, or stop when the lights come up. Either way, you'll have material for next weekend.

The only rule that matters

Know your limits, respect the staff, and tip well.

Every dare is optional. Don't disrupt other patrons or make the bartender regret serving you. The best nights out are the ones everyone walks away from smiling.
